Ever since I started my own business, I have been a very busy person, not having enough time to exercise and things like that.
I fly frequently and hardly sleep, in fact if you manage to pry me away from my laptop it will be considered a miracle! But thanks to my busy and hectic life I have also have tons of stress, loads of anxiety and a lack of sleep.

I tired everything, going on short trips once in a while, psychological methods, sleeping pills, anti depressants, but only got worse. Then someone recommended me ‘meditation for busy people.’

At first I was skeptical. I mean, I didn’t want to have to do anything with religious activities, and I felt that meditation was related to religion and things like that. But after reading a portion of ‘meditation for busy people’, I realised that meditation was just not for monks, priests and gurus, but anyone could use it to effectively reduce stress, mental alertness, chronic insomnia, decreased irritability and much more!

The author also explained the top ten reasons to meditate, meditation tools for most effective meditation, 10 ways to make time to meditate, and many other valuable bits of information!

This is an excellent book which has changed my life for the better and I am so much less stressed now!

I’m giving it 4.5 stars out of 5.
