The best most effective stress management comes from the way you compose yourself the moment the beast called ‘stress’ come running into your doorsteps, knocking and forcing an entry. So, before it could even land into your spot, your mind and emotions, be on guard, and let the power of relaxation drive the beast away.

3. Have some quiet time for yourself – This is another stress management technique that works favorably to stress out people. Allot at least 5 to 10 minutes of your time everyday to settle down and calm yourself. This will help you attain a clear mind and a better control of your being the next time you come face to face a stressful situation.
